Verint Ultra captures and archives emergency and non-emergency calls to create a complete record of interactions, and is designed with redundancy and data retention features to ensure the preservation of recorded interactions even in the event of hardware failures or data corruption. 

       

      Besides recording, Verint Ultra also includes quality assurance, analytics, and reporting modules to help create a holistic view of an incident.
