Enterprise Information Archiving Technology to be Showcased on a Big Stage
Rochester, New York: Wilmac, a Rochester-based voice and digital technology company, will participate as an exhibitor at Enterprise Connect 2023, the leading conference and exhibition for enterprise communications and collaboration, in booth #1543. The event will take place March 27-30 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, FL and digitally.
For more than 30 years, Enterprise Connect has brought corporate IT decision makers together with industry vendors, analysts, consultants, and channel partners to focus on the issues central to enterprise communications. Over three days of a sponsor expo and four days of the conference program, Enterprise Connect showcases the latest systems, software, services and applications, and helps attendees understand the industry.
Wilmac will be exhibiting at the conference for the first time this year to showcase their Enterprise Information Archiving software called Continuity Replay. Continuity Replay was born out of customer requests surrounding issues around retention periods and access to call recording data back in 2016, but Wilmac didn’t realize its true potential until 2021 when customer demand drastically increased.
Continuity Replay puts organizations back in control of their call recording data. Most call recording vendors store customer calls in a proprietary format, making it difficult for the customer to transition to a different vendor, access a third-party platform (for analytics, business intelligence, etc.), decommission a legacy system, and more. Wilmac is able to extract that data, convert it into an open file format, and ingest it into Continuity Replay for the customer to securely store their call recording data and search and replay it in a browser-based user interface.
