Wilmac continues our dedication to improving the Customer Experience and are excited to be partnered with best of breed CX vendor, NICE CXone. We are lucky to have NICE as a great partner and thrilled to see where this year takes us. You’ll see more webinars, content, and marketing initiatives around our CX practice group. As we’ve seen since the beginning of the pandemic, Customer Experience has a major impact on profit, satisfaction, and loyalty within all businesses. Wilmac will centralize our focus on CX, as we believe it’s the future of CCaaS. We hope you find our material relevant, thought-leading, and useful to your respective positions.
Moving into our Enterprise Voice Archiving (EVA) practice group – Wilmac began building out our voice archiving solution, Continuity Replay, seven years ago based on requests from customers. We’ve had success with Continuity Replay solely on word-of-mouth marketing. After more and more implementations, we felt we had to take a more serious look at our solutions. Wilmac finally got around to marketing our Continuity products in 2021 and is ready to make even bigger jumps this year. We are excited to announce that with over 30 customers, we have brought all Continuity development in house. Wilmac has a small team that is dedicated to building out these solutions. This is the first time we will be making major enhancements to the products, as these have been completely customer driven. We are thrilled to see where these great archiving products can assist our customers and continue to develop.
As always, Wilmac continues to be a top service provider in the Financial Compliance and Public Safety spaces. We provide solutions and services for mission critical environments. Our core consultative approach stems from these practice groups, as these individuals dealing with high-stakes situations in Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) and trading floors need solutions designed to meet their unique business, compliance, and regulatory needs. Wilmac’s motivation to provide the best and most appropriate solutions to our Financial and Public Safety customers will stay strong.
In other exciting news, Wilmac added three new professionals to our sales team in 2021! These individuals will complement the current sales team and allow other team members to focus on specific verticals and products. Their new ideas and past experiences are sure to bring a different flare to Wilmac’s sales initiatives in 2022.
Wilmac continues to enhance our project management and implementation teams. Moving into the CX world, it’s imperative for Wilmac to have a white glove approach to our implementations and support! As we move into 2022, we look forward to expanding our service team to meet the changing needs of Contact Centers, Financial Institutions, and Public Safety Organizations.
