      4. Encryption at rest. Encryption at rest is designed to prevent attackers from accessing unencrypted data by ensuring the data is encrypted when on disk. It is metaphorically storing your data in a vault. 
      5. Speech-to-text transcription. Through voice recognition, the optional speech-to-text transcription feature works by listening to audio and delivering an editable, verbatim transcript on a given device. 
      6. PII Text & Audio redaction. Automatically remove sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) from your transcription results. PII redaction is a common need when transcribing customer calls (such as in call centers and telemarketing programs). 
      7. Phonetic indexing phrase searching. Phonetic index search is an approach of vocal mining where every word is analyzed separately and transcribed into phonemes. 
      8. E-Discovery. In response to a request for production in a lawsuit or investigation, use electronic discovery (e-discovery) to identify, collect, and produce electronically stored information (ESI).
