Wilmac has acquired the call recording division of Delaware Office Equipment (DOE) Technologies of Wilmington, Delaware, to support the expansion of their sales and field services into the Mid-Atlantic market. Wilmac also serves Central and Western New York and markets in Philadelphia, New York City, and Toronto.
Wilmac has acquired certain assets, and all contracts and customers of DOE. A portion of DOE's Sales and Service departments will join Wilmac's existing team while staying in the Wilmington area.
Wilmac specializes in the delivery, professional on-site technical implementation and training to successfully deploy call recording hardware and software suites tailored to the unique needs of each customer. Exceptional service and support – a commitment of both Wilmac and DOE – includes emergency response, remote access trouble-shooting and on-site repair coordinated through Wilmac's Service Operations Center at their Rochester headquarters.
"Our main focus has always been to provide best of breed products and services to maintain and grow our customer base," says President Bill McDonnell. "Wilmac's presence in the Mid-Atlantic market has expanded over the past few years, and acquiring the voice recording division of DOE allows us to further serve the market. Our primary strength is representing the best call recording solutions and then providing high quality customer support. Acquiring DOE enables us to further grow in the market, as well as enhance our support for both our customers and DOE's customers."
