Wilmac Acquires Advanced Telecom, Inc. (ATI)

Wilmac has acquired Advanced Telecom, Inc., (ATI) to support the expansion of their sales and field services into the Philadelphia market. Wilmac is excited to further our position as a leading provider of workforce optimization, quality assurance, and compliance recording solutions including Call Recording, Quality Monitoring, Speech Analytics, and Workforce Management for first-contact customer service centers, financial services and compliance, and security and public safety. The company delivers hardware and software suites tailored to the unique needs of their customers, improving quality, productivity and profitability with over 500 active installations throughout North America for industry leaders such as NICE, Oaisys, Redbox, Revcord , Aurix,  Teleopti, as well as for 911 Centers in Western New York and Canada.

Wilmac also specializes in on-site technical implementation and professional training to successfully deploy these systems. Their service and support – including emergency response, remote access trouble-shooting and on-site repair –  is coordinated through Wilmac's Service Operations Center at their Rochester headquarters.

Wilmac has acquired certain assets, and all contracts and customers of ATI. A team including a field service engineer and two sales and marketing representatives will staff Wilmac's Bensalem, PA, office.
