      NICELog versions v7, 8.8, and 9.0 are call recording and logging solutions that are now discontinued and considered obsolete.

      NICELog v7 

      Regrettably, this version is now considered obsolete. The recording platform operates on the DOS-based system, lacking integration with the full spectrum of NICE recording, Quality Monitoring, and storage applications. If you are currently utilizing NICELog Version 7.x, it is advisable to strategize for a replacement solution. 

      NICELog v8.8 

      As of present, NICE Version 8.8 is no longer available for general purchase, except by special arrangement for specific use cases. NICE Version 8.9 and NICE Perform have taken precedence over this version. Again, if you are currently utilizing NICELog version 8.8, we advise you to plan for a call recording replacement. 

      NICELog v9.0 

      NICELog v9.0 is a communications recording system capable of capturing voice, screen, or radio communications continuously, selectively, or on-demand. This version is now obsolete, and we recommend upgrading your recording solution to minimize the risk associated with this NICELog version.
