With over 500 active installations to date, Wilmac has gained vast experience and knowledge, and using that knowledge we developed a remote management and monitoring solution. This proactive solution is intended to eliminate instances in which, for example, an end user discovers that they have not been recording for some period of time. RMM is available through our NOC (Network Operations Center), and is customized to proactively address known areas of risk.
