Inside Sales Manager

Wilmac is the leading provider of Call Recording and Workforce Optimization solutions. As a value added reseller, our product range consists of software and professional services for the Financial, Public Safety, and Contact Center markets. The position is available in our Rochester, NY office and the candidate is required to utilize their communication and technical skills to:

  • Sales Operations – qualify, present, demonstrate, design, propose, and close for SMB opportunities
  • Account Management – provide sales support for existing customer base and maintain CRM database
  • Lead Generation – outbound lead generation for target industries
  • Lead Management – follow up, qualify, and track all leads generated by our suppliers and internal marketing activities


  • Develop new business and build relationships with current customers and partners via telephone, electronic media, and direct mail
  • Work with Solution Managers to formulate team account strategies in their practice group
  • Prospect into target accounts based on geographic and vertical markets
  • Follow up on leads from suppliers, trade shows, and corporate marketing efforts
  • Conduct remote qualify and discovery meetings with prospects, partners, and customers
  • Discuss and articulate solutions to business problems with prospects, partners, and customers
  • Design Call Recording solutions to solve customers' problems
  • Provide effective presentations, demonstration, and technical support
  • Assemble and present proposals
  • Support current business partners and their opportunities in the SMB space
  • Keep up with industry and competitive trends and best practices
  • Continue to develop and expand industry and product knowledge


  • Associates or Bachelor Degree
  • 2+ years' experience within the software, IT, or telecommunications industry
  • Prior sales experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in working with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team, yet work independently
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exhibits good planning and time management skills
  • Genuine willingness to be of service to our customers and concern for their best interest
  • The compensation package includes a base salary of $50K-$75K (based on experience) plus uncapped commissions. Benefits include health, life, and disability insurance, 401K, as well as on-going personal and professional training programs.
